Starting Our Season

Our first show of the season, The Hoggetowne Medieval Faire, was a great success. Less than perfect weather kept some of the people away on the first Saturday, but the other 3 days of the festival were fabulous. Good weather and great audiences came together to make it a perfect start to the season. We've gotten loads of wonderful feedback from people who are enjoying our new CD, 'Far and Away'.
We'll be adding gigs to our Schedule Page as they are confirmed.

Far and Away

'Far and Away', the debut release from The New Minstrel Revue is off to the printers and should be available by the last weekend of January 2008. It's been a long six months since we started preparing the new material, but we feel all the hard hours hunched over our instruments and hunched over our computers have been worth it. We pushed like crazy over the last couple of weeks in the hopes of getting the CD's back from the printers in time for the Hoggetowne Medieval Faire in Gainesville, FL.
Speaking of the Hoggetowne Medieval Faire, we're fortunate enough to be joined by our good friend Craig Merlin Broers for the 2 weekends of that show, Jan. 26-27 and Feb. 2-3.

Schedule Updates

We're happy to let you know that we'll be performing at the Bay Area Renaissance Festival for the last 3 weekends, March 22nd through April 6th. We hope to be adding another show or two to the schedule during that time period.

We have also confirmed our 2008 performance at the Bristol Renaissance Faire.
